We have made very good progress today and are moving that estimate up to Wednesday night just before midnight. So we will hope to have all customers back on by then."3. SOUNDBITE (English) Chief Deputy Richard Maness, Moore County Sheriff's Office:"I'll report to you this afternoon that our investigation continues at a very fast pace. Sheriff's office investigators, along with our partners in the FBI, the State Bureau of Investigation, continue to leave no stone unturned. We're looking at every angle. Our tip line has been very, very active in the last 24 hours. And I'll remind citizens that they continue to call in."STORYLINE: An energy supplier in North Carolina says it expects to be able to restore power by Wednesday night to a county where electric substations were attacked by gunfire. Duke Energy spokesman Jeff Brooks said the company expects to have power back Wednesday just before midnight EDT (0500 GMT) in Moore County. The company had previously estimated the electricity supply would be restored by Thursday morning. About 35,000 Duke Energy customers were still without power Tuesday, down from more than 45,000 at the height of the outage Saturday. Authorities have said the outages began after one or more people drove up to two substations, breached the gates and opened fire on them. Authorities are searching for suspects.===========================================================Clients are reminded: (i) to check the terms of their licence agreements for use of content outside news programming and that further advice and assistance can be obtained from the AP Archive on: Tel +44 (0) 20 7482 7482 Email: info@aparchive.com(ii) they should check with the applicable collecting society in their Territory regarding the clearance of any sound recording or performance included within the AP Television News service (iii) they have editorial responsibility for the use of all and any content included within the AP Television News service and for libel, privacy, compliance and third party rights applicable to their Territory.
